The Tajfun live deck gives you continuous and efficient log access for your firewood processor to make the complete operation of log processing smoother and the processor more productive.
Simple and user friendly control
The live deck is compatible with Tajfun firewood processors RCA 380 and RCA 400 Joy. If is powered by the RCA’s hydraulic system and controlled by the joystick on the basic RCA machine. The complete unit is a true cne-operator machine.
Stock and cross feed desk
The cross feed is performed by two compact Chains coupled to a hydro motor by the chain wheel transmission. The transmission enables sky” movement of the chains and their increased pulling power. The livedeck enables onwardand backward movement of thelogs.
Synchronized ‘Mood
Logs move from the cross feed deck to the in-feed deck, which is controlled by the same handle as the in-feed conveyor of the RCA firewood processor and powered by the second hydro motor. The in-feed deck and the in-feed conveyor move synchronically. with the possibility of onward and backward movement.
Versatility
The live deck can be used without a fireweed processor as well. All you need to provide is two hydraulic oil circuits: one for the cross feed and the other for the direct in-feed.
Simple transportation -with or without the RCAfirewood processor
The livedeck is on tires and comes with a trailer coupling for transport. With an additional adaptor: it can easily be towed behind a tractor with the RCAfirewoocl • ocessixon it.
